Dr. Qusai Hussain is a board-endorsed Clinical and Forensic Psychologist and a Fellow of the Australian Psychological Society’s College of Clinical Psychologists and College of Forensic Psychologists. He has over 15 years of experience in the mental healthcare sector having worked in general and forensic mental health, hospitals, prisons, corporate and community organisations.
Dr. Hussain is passionate about increasing access to quality mental health services for all Australians, working with government, insurance, corporates and clinics to help them provide on-demand and high-level mental health services to their clients.
He founded Cyber Clinic, an AI-driven online mental health clinic, with the intention of helping clients navigate the mental healthcare system, using the latest technology and providing quick and seamless support to clients through their entire treatment journey.

Dr Charlotte is a specialist GP with 25 years' clinical experience, in both the public and private sectors. A longtime digital health advocate, Dr Charlotte has held executive roles in health technology companies for the past 9 years, providing clinical oversight for both clinician and patient facing digital health products with her most recent role as Chief Medical Officer of Medical Director a leading GP practice management system in Australia. A speaker, medical educator and TV presenter, Dr Charlotte regularly appears on TV segments, educational videos and guest panels and has been featured in numerous publications. She was also responsible for the creation of a series of videos ‘Common Post-Natal Issues’. These are currently used in Ramsay Health Hospital Maternity Units and by parent-educators Australia wide.
Dr Wolfson, founder of NeuroCog, and developer of the NeuroCog System of neurocognitive training, earned his PhD at the University of Auckland NZ where he pioneered analysis of EEG to diagnose autism risk. He is a licensed clinician in California, New Zealand and Australia and a published presenter on autism and complexity analysis in multiple countries. Dr Wolfson also developed Neury, a mobile application for self-guided or practitioner-supported neurocognitive training. He is a senior lecturer at the Australian College of Applied Professions in the Post-Graduate department of psychological sciences and the developer of electroceutical devices for use in medicine.
Kaye is a highly accomplished leader in the health sector. She is an endorsed clinical and counselling psychologist, consultant to the insurance and compensation industry, in-demand speaker and trainer and has held national roles in psychology regulation and professional standards. Her leadership roles include Deputy Mayor of a country city council, Psychology Board of Australia, NED in the Primary Care and Social Welfare sectors, co-founder of the first Centre against Sexual Assault and Clinical Governance roles in Primary Health Networks (PHN’s). Kaye is the lead author of two books on the subject of private psychology practice and holds an Adjunct Associate Professor appointment with Deakin University.

Lauren manages the Client Services space at Cyber Clinic and ensures that all clients are looked after. With many years of experience in customer service roles, she creates and implements strategies to provide supportive client engagement. Lauren guides the Client Services team to assist with general enquiries, new client profiles, bookings, Medicare, Workcover, TAC, NDIS, EAP and any technical App related questions.
